Prep Day 2 09.30.08

Today was even easier.

I know tomorrow will be rough. It suppose to be the day when your body goes... WTF are you doing?!??!?!

The body is reacting to the toxins being released from the fat and the change in the amount and how you are eating your food. I'm ready. Plus I warned everyone at work I might be in a bad mood :)

I also am training for a half-marathon, but I have out that on hold this week, to allow me to get used to the food on the diet.

Todays food:

Meal 1 - Yogurt with Kiwi, Diet Coke
Snack 1 - Apple
Meal 2 - Turkey with Spinash (hey I am a creature of habit), Ice Tea
Snack 2 - Apple
Meal 3 - Tuna with Cauliflower, Diet Soda
Snack 3 - Cracker and 1L water.

I was very bad with my water today, I did however, drink 52 oz of Ice Tea.
