This is my hello...

I decided to start the program today. I just can't wait. I am ready to do this.

I don't want to eat any last meals, I just want to be dedicated and get started.

I am ready.

So.... I did it. My first day is over and it was a snap. Here is what I ate:

Meal 1 - Yogurt with apple and a cracker. 1L of Water
Snack 1 - Cracker, Diet Soda
Meal 2 - Turkey and Fresh Spinach
Snack 2 - Apple with cracker and 1L Water
Meal 3 - Turkey and Cauliflower, Diet Soda
Snack 3 - Apple and Cracker. 1L Water

My starting weight is 202.
